Design Consultation
This option is good for those who just would like some general direction and ideas on what way to go with their space. I will visit your home (in person or virtually) to discuss your needs and wishes, assess the practical needs of the space and get an idea of your design style. I will give you some ideas on layout, colour, and furniture choices or renovation suggestions, and answer any design-related questions you may have, right there on the spot. You would be surprised at what we can achieve in an hour! You can use this time however you like, so if you would like to look at multiple spaces with a big picture in mind or dig into details and questions about one thing, that’s entirely up to you!
This is also a great option if you are considering buying a house and want to know some ideas to update or improve it, I will visit the home with you and your realtor and give you some ideas and opinions before you buy!
What you will receive:
I spend up to 1 hour in your home (in person or virtually) and you can ask me anything about any room! (Additional time beyond the initial hour is charged at $100/hr, so if you need more time, no problem!)
*rates for in-person visits are for Red Deer, Alberta only, travel costs may apply beyond 1/2 hour travel (or consider virtual!)
What you will receive:
MOODBOARD | Your moodboard serves as an overview of the design of each room with images of furnishings and colour palette.
ROOM LAYOUT | Each package includes one floor plan (per room, if required) with furniture layout and placement instructions.
SPECIFICATIONS & WHERE TO SHOP | A complete listing of any new products including furniture, lighting, drapery, area rugs, throw cushions, and a few key accessories.
DESIGN NOTES | Includes installation instructions like furniture placement, art hanging arrangements, and any other information you will need to fully execute your design plan.
E-Design
Do you need a little help with decorating a space? Furniture, paint colour choices, lighting, curtains, and a good floor plan can go such a long way! With this package, I start with gathering information from you. I will ask you to send me measurements, a few photos, and information on any pieces you wish to keep in the space as well as information on your design style and budget. I will then get to work creating the perfect room for your needs, incorporating any pieces you wish to keep. Within 2 – 3 weeks, I will provide a 2D floorplan and a moodboard for your review. Once I obtain your feedback (one round of revisions is included in the package) I will put together a click-able source list for everything used in the final moodboard. I will also include specifications for how to install and tips on final styling. You will have everything you need to implement the room of your dreams!
